Shawn is a trained chef and entrepreneur who spent his professional career growing and expanding independent restaurants before deciding to take the leap and open a few of his own. Although he has a business degree, a culinary arts degree, and a few decades of experience, nothing teaches how to run a business like owning one. He has a wealth of stories to highlight the highs and lows of business operation and ownership and enjoys speaking with other entrepreneurs sometimes over a glass of scotch.
