With over 17 years of experience In Commercial Real Estate, Matt Jackson has completed more than 700 transactions with values in excess of $950 Million. Mr. Jackson founded Jackson IG in 2013 after multiple years with other commercial real estate firms. In addition to the JIG brokerage firm Mr. Jackson is also a partner in Dunamis Development. In addition to his extensive brokerage work, Mr. Jackson has been involved in new construction and development projects including medical office buildings, ground-up retail construction, self-storage development, and the historical restoration of The Jackson Building in Lebanon, IN. When Matt isn’t working on real estate or new businesses, you can usually find him on a ball field somewhere coaching one of his kids' teams.

​Shawn is a trained chef and entrepreneur who spent his professional career growing and expanding independent restaurants before deciding to take the leap and open a few of his own. Although he has a business degree, a culinary arts degree, and a few decades of experience, nothing teaches how to run a business like owning one.  He has a wealth of stories to highlight the highs and lows of business operation and ownership and enjoys speaking with other entrepreneurs sometimes over a glass of scotch.

Terris is a long-time entrepreneur with a strong drive for the family farm. At the age of 14 was when he got a taste of what it was like to open your first business. A tractor was what he drove to the job site until he was able to get a driver's license. After that, it was a passion to build a business to complement the farm and help to subsidize an income. With many businesses under his belt both successful and unsuccessful ones Terris brings a unique perspective on how to handle situations.
